Residential air conditioning. Gold Coast.
Cooling, heating and care for your home.
Make a bedroom more comfortable, plan air conditioning for several rooms or get help with the system you have. Talk to NDR about installation, repairs and maintenance for your Gold Coast home.
Start with the rooms
you want to improve.
A bedroom that stays hot at night and a living area used through the day can need different solutions. Tell us which rooms you want covered, when you use them and whether you need cooling, heating or both.
A split system may suit an individual room, while ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning can cover several areas. You do not need to choose a system or a capacity before asking for a quote.
For a replacement, include the existing unit details and what you want to change. If you have a floor plan or know where the indoor and outdoor units could go, mention those details too.
Already have
air conditioning at home?
Tell us about a loss of cooling, unusual noise, a leak or an error message when enquiring about repairs. Include the brand and model if you can find them, and when the problem first appeared.
If the system is working and you want to arrange routine care, start with servicing and maintenance. Let us know how often the system runs and when it was last serviced. More intensive cleaning or repair work can be discussed separately.
For a rental or managed property, include who will approve the work and arrange access. If you need help urgently, call to check availability before relying on a form enquiry.

Can you help with air conditioning for just one room?
Yes. Tell us which room you want covered and when you use it. The team can discuss the assessment and installation options for that space.
Can one system provide both heating and cooling?
Reverse-cycle split and ducted systems can provide heating and cooling. Tell the team which rooms need coverage so suitable options can be considered.
